The Commission has reviewed the comments it received as a result of publishing the proposed pole attachment rule (R746-345). The Commission has made changes to the proposed rule in response to comments received, and plans to publish this version of the rule prior to the March 1, 2005, deadline in the current rule making process. Please provide any additional input on the latest version of the rule by February 11^th, 2005.
