SCHEDULING ORDER

By the Commission:

                        On March 1, 2005, the Commission conducted a scheduling conference at which Questar Gas Company (Questar), the Utah Division of Public Utilities (Division), the Committee of Consumer Services (Committee), intervenors and interested persons discussed scheduling issues in the above dockets and determined filing and hearing dates for Commission consideration of the issues.

                         Having reached agreement among the parties on a schedule for filings and hearings in this matter, the Commission issues the following:

ORDER

                        NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following schedule be established in this proceeding unless otherwise ordered:

            1.         April 15, 2005                        Direct testimony by Questar

                                                                        (Questar will respond to discovery requests within 21 days of receipt)


            2.         June 29, 2005                         Technical Conference with experts

                                                                        (Room 427, Heber Wells Building)

            3.         August 15, 2005                     Responsive testimony by Committee, Division and intervenors

 

            4.         August 22, 2005                     Data requests due by 5:00 p.m.

            5.         August 29, 2005                     Data responses due by 5:00 p.m.

            6.         September 16, 2005                Rebuttal to testimony filed on August 15

            7.         September 19, 2005                Data requests due by 5:00 p.m.

            8.         September 26, 2005                Data responses due by 5:00 p.m.

            9.         September 29, 2005                Surrebuttal to testimony filed on September 16

            10.       A hearing on this matter is scheduled to commence on October 6, 2005, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission’s main hearing room, at 160 East 300 South, Heber M. Wells Building, 4th Floor, Salt Lake City, Utah. As necessary, hearings will continue on October 7, 11 and 12, to begin at 9:00 a.m.

            11.       Public witness testimony will be received on October 6, 2005, commencing at 4:30 p.m., in the Commission’s main hearing room.
