                        Notice is hereby given that a Scheduling Conference in this matter will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at 9:00 a.m., Room #427, Fourth Floor of the Heber M. Wells State Office building, 160 East 300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. The purpose of the scheduling conference is to prepare a schedule for upcoming proceedings.

                        Individuals wishing to participate by telephone should contact the Commission at least two days prior to the scheduling conference to make arrangements.
