RE: Tariff 2006-05- Docket No. 05-057-T01            The purpose of this filing is for the approval of the Conservation Enabling Tariff Adjustment Option and Accounting Orders

Dear Mr. McKay:

                        On June 15, 2006, the Commission issued a memorandum approving the proposed tariff revisions transmitted with your Advice No. 2006-05, dated June 2, 2006. That letter failed to specify that said approval concerned only those revisions implementing the $9.7 million rate decrease ordered by the Commission on May 26, 2006, pursuant to the Stipulation of the parties.

                        This letter clarifies that the subject tariff revisions implementing the $9.7 million rate decrease, with an effective date of June 1, 2006, are hereby approved by the Commission.
