                        Technical Conference for Questar Gas.

Dear Commissioners:

            After informal discussions, legal counsel for Questar Gas Company, the Division of Public Utilities, and the Utah Committee of Consumer Services have concluded, with approval of their clients, that matters are not yet at a point were any purpose would be served by proceeding with the above-referenced technical conference.

            Accordingly, the parties respectfully request that the technical conference scheduled for June 29, 2005 be cancelled.

            The parties will consult with the Commission at the appropriate time to set a new date for a technical conference in this matter.
