            Re:      Response to Objections to Request to Intervene.

Dear Ms. Orchard:

            As we discussed last week, in order to simplify this Request to Intervene for the Commission's consideration, I intend to file one single responsive pleading in reply to all the objections filed by the parties in the Request for Intervention by Ms. Claire Geddes and Mr. Roger Ball in Dockets No. 04-057-04, 04-057-09, 04-057-11, 04-057-13 and 05-057-01. Thus far, we have received responsive pleadings from Questar Gas Company and from the Division of Public Utilities. We have not yet received any response from the Committee. We will prepare and file our response within fifteen (15) days after we receive the Committee's responsive pleading.

            If this is not acceptable to the Comission, please let me know.
